Liquity USD (LUSD) is a decentralized stablecoin minted against ETH collateral through the Liquity protocol.

Each contract above was checked on-chain before it was added to the wallet. Tokens with the same name are easy to create: the wallet shows the LUSD logo only at these addresses, and any other token calling itself LUSD appears without it.

Install Locker Protocol Wallet in Chrome or Brave, and Locker Vault on a spare phone kept offline. Your addresses reach the extension by QR code.
Receive LUSD
Give your address on the network the sender uses. The network matters: LUSD sent on one network does not arrive on another.
Send LUSD
Enter the recipient and the amount in the extension and check the network fee, then scan the request with the Vault, read it there and approve.
A transfer is paid in the network's own coin, even when you send a token: keep a little of the coin shown in the table.
LUSD: questions people ask
Which network should I use to receive LUSD?
The one the sender uses. When you withdraw from an exchange, choose the same network in the withdrawal form as the address you give. If they do not match, the funds may not arrive.
Does Locker Protocol Wallet charge a fee to hold or send LUSD?
No. Holding costs nothing and a transfer costs only the network fee. The wallet's own fee applies to swaps and bridges made in the extension, at most 0.25%, and it is shown before you sign.
How do I avoid a fake LUSD token?
Compare the contract with the one listed here or on the issuer's site. A token that appears in your wallet unasked, calling itself LUSD, is often bait for a scam.
Where is the private key that controls my LUSD?
On Locker Vault, the offline device, derived from your recovery phrase. The extension on your computer only knows your addresses, so malware there cannot move your LUSD.
