Help & Support

Locker Protocol Wallet is free of charge. Here is how to get help, report a bug, or ask a question.

Frequently asked

Where are my private keys?

Your wallet keys are on your air-gapped Locker Vault device, never in the browser extension. The extension relays each transfer to your offline device by QR code. The one key it keeps is the Hyperliquid trading key, created when you turn Perps on and approved by your vault: it can place orders, never withdraw or transfer funds.

I don't have a vault yet. How do I start?

Install the free Locker Vault on a dedicated offline device, then import your public addresses into the extension by QR. See the extensions page for the full walkthrough.

Which browsers are supported?

Chrome and Brave, from a single Chrome Web Store listing. The wallet exposes the standard window.ethereum provider, so it works with any EVM dApp.

How is my data handled?

No account is needed. The extension measures how it is used, on by default and announced in the Terms of Use: in its Settings, Usage measurement shows exactly what is sent and switches it off, which erases it. This website measures its audience with Google Analytics only if you accept it; Cookie settings, at the bottom of every page, changes that choice. See our Privacy Policy.

Still stuck?

Email us and we'll get back to you. Locker Protocol is an independent, non-commercial project: we read every message.
